EMDR Intensives for sexual assault in Danville, PA

You want to feel like you again, but therapy every week just isn’t in the cards.

Are you interested in EMDR but don’t have an hour every week to devote to therapy? Between work, life, school, family, kids, and maaaybe some self-care…it feels like there’s no time left over. Perhaps you’ve been to therapy before and didn’t get what you needed out of it or hated having to return to “normal life” after discussing really heavy or difficult topics every week.

Maybe there’s a belief or experience you want to process. You’re ready to work through it and don’t want to draw that out over multiple months.

EMDR intensives are designed to provide a concentrated, dedicated space for you to process trauma and discover who you are now.

Effective, evidence-based therapy offered in a flexible, convenient way

In a space that allows you to experience the change you’re seeking.

  • Identify your inner strengths (ones you may not have even realized were there)

  • Understand how trauma impacted you and the ways your resilience allowed you to keep going

  • Discover who you are now (not just going back to who you were before)

  • Find that inner peace you have known is out there for you

How EMDR Intensives Work

EMDR intensives are designed to help you experience change & growth that might otherwise take months of traditional therapy.

(And if we’re meeting in person, there are even snacks!)

2. Customized treatment

We will meet in-person in Danville or virtually for 3 hours. Your intensive includes customized resourcing and treatment for you.

3. Post intensive interview

We will meet for 60 minutes to debrief and reflect on your healing and experience. We will also talk about next steps.

Trauma is hard. Finding the time to heal, shouldn’t be.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • An intensive is concentrated treatment. While traditional therapy might take 6+ months of weekly 50-minute sessions, an intensive can help alleviate symptoms and create change in a matter of days. This translates into less time living with the impacts of your trauma, less schedule-juggling, and sometimes even cost savings when compared to the length of traditional therapy treatment.

  • A 3 hour-half day intensive is $675.
