I want to offer you perspective, support, & the opportunity to feel truly heard.

It can be difficult to know who you can trust with your truest self; so much of today is about having to be someone or something else.

In therapy with me, you can feel free to let your guard down. We’re going to laugh, we might talk about the weather sometimes, and sometimes there’s a swear word or two. This is a space where you can be comfortable being honest with me and (more importantly) honest with yourself. My holistic, integrative approach to therapy means that we’ll work on a path toward wellness that puts you back in the driver’s seat of your life.

 

Ecotherapy (AKA: Therapy Outside)

We do things a little differently around here…

In addition to virtual online sessions, I also offer in-person therapy outside. We are deeply connected to our environment, and just the act of being in nature can be incredibly healing. Rather than being stuck in an office, we’ll do the work of therapy together in the great outdoors. (And if we’re ever not sure what to talk about, my chickens are always great conversation starters.)
